The admissions will be made strictly under the common merit list prepared based on the entrance/admission test score and the order of choices/options filled in by the candidates in the online application form. Candidates securing equal scores in the admission test will be admitted in the following order of preference:
- The candidate of higher age (older candidate).
- One who has obtained higher marks in the Senior Secondary examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination.
The first round of the allotment process/counselling will be online based on choices filled by the applicants. If any seat remains vacant after online counselling, a second round of allotment process/counselling will be done offline at RUHS.
No separate notification will be issued for offline counselling or the complete admission process. Information will be available only through the RUHS website.
NOTE: At the time of counseling, all in-service candidates must submit their in-service certificate through DMHS/concerned competent authority as applicable. In-service candidates must also obtain a relieving letter from their appointing authority before joining the allotted college.
