New Delhi: IIM Bangalore has attained an impressive global ranking of 48th with an overall score of 68.5 in the QS World University Rankings 2024 for Global MBA and Business Master's programs. IMT Ghaziabad has also made an impressive debut in the QS World Business Master's ranking with a global rank of 151+ band in Master’s in Management
The IIMB Ranking has improved from the 50th position in 2023 by 2 spots this year. As per 2024, the Stanford Graduate School of Business claims the top spot, with the Penn (Wharton), Harvard Business School, and London Business School following closely in the second, third, and fourth positions, respectively.
Furthermore, a recent report revealed l that ten Indian MBA colleges have earned positions among the top 250 institutes in Asia.
The Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings for the academic year 2024 were unveiled on October 26, 2023, specifically for MBA programs. In the QS Global Full-Time MBA Rankings 2024, IIM Bangalore has made significant progress, moving up from 50th place in the 2023 rankings to secure the 48th position in 2024.
Meanwhile, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta hold the 53rd and 59th ranks, respectively.
This year, both IIM Ahmedabad and the Indian School of Business have gained top-50 placements in QS' entrepreneurship and alumni outcomes indicator. IIM Ahmedabad is positioned at 33rd place, second in Asia, while the Indian School of Business is ranked 43rd, making it the 5th best in Asia.
IMT Ghaziabad Featured In QS World Business Masters Ranking 2024
Following the rankings, IMT Ghaziabad has secured a global rank of 151+ band in Master’s in Management in the QS World Business Master's ranking. IMT Ghaziabad has received recognition in the following categories:
- Global Rank of 151+ in the Master's in Management program.
- Global Rank of 101+ in the Master's in Marketing program.
- Global Rank of 151+ in the Master's in Finance program.

As per the given details on the official website, IIM Bangalore is the only Indian MBA institute among the top 50 for return on investment (ROI), in which it is positioned at the 31st rank. It is also the national leader for thought leadership but does not place among the top 50, ranking 57th overall.
