Punjab NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Provisional Merit List Out; Check Last Date to Raise Objections

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot has issued the Punjab NEET Undergraduate (UG) 2026 Round 2 provisional merit list. The list covers MBBS and BDS admissions in the state. It is available on the official portal at admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in.

Candidates who spot errors can raise objections in person. The BFUHS Faridkot campus will accept objections until 3 PM on September 9, 2026. Applicants must carry their NEET UG scorecard and supporting documents.

How to Raise an Objection Against the Provisional Merit List?

Objections are accepted only in person at BFUHS Faridkot. Online and postal submissions are not allowed in this round. The objection window is short, so candidates should act promptly.

1. Download the provisional merit list from the BFUHS admission portal.
2. Check your name, roll number, category, and rank details.
3. Gather your NEET UG scorecard and category certificates.
4. Reach the BFUHS Faridkot campus before 3 PM on September 9.
5. Submit the objection form with all supporting documents.

Who Is Covered in the Round 2 Merit List?

The Round 2 pool includes fresh registrants from September 3 to 5, 2026. It also covers earlier candidates who submitted their willingness by September 7. Minority Quota applicants underwent separate institutional verification on September 7, 2026.

Only candidates named in this list can lock choices in Round 2. Other candidates must wait for the mop-up or stray vacancy round. The final merit list will be released after the objections are reviewed.

How to Fill Choices in Round 2?

Choice filling opens on September 8 and closes on September 10, 2026. Candidates must log in using their registration ID and password. They should arrange their preferred colleges and courses in order of priority.

Every locked choice is a firm commitment. Candidates should review the college list, seat availability, and fee details before submitting their preferences. Unlocked choices will be automatically locked at the deadline.

What Happens After Choice Filling?

BFUHS will declare the provisional seat allotment result on September 12, 2026. Allotted candidates must accept the seat, pay the balance fee online, and report to the allotted college with their original documents.

The reporting window runs from September 16 to September 18, 2026. The 5 PM deadline on September 18 is firm. Failure to report within the specified period will result in cancellation of the allotted seat. The vacant seat will then be carried forward to the mop-up round.
