PSTU Releases PhD Program Interview Schedule, Check Details Here!

Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University has announced that students who were selected following the entrance exam round and are eligible for the PhD program will be invited to attend the PhD program admission interview round on February 10, 2025, at 4 PM.

Candidates who have their names on the list of selected candidates for the Telegu University PhD program interview must adhere to the schedule outlined in the table below:

PSTU PhD Program Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for Telegu University's PhD program must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Candidates must have earned a 4-year / 8-semester Bachelor's degree (4 years / 8 semesters) with at least 75% marks or an equivalent CGPA in related topics or disciplines.
• Candidates with an M.Sc., M.A., M.E., M.Tech., B.E., B.Tech., B.Arch., B.Pharm., B.D.S. (Non-creamy layer), M.Pharm., M.D., or M.S. degree are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have finished a two-year / four-semester master's degree program in appropriate disciplines following a three-year bachelor's degree program are eligible to apply.
• Candidates who are SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently abled/EWS (Economically Weaker Section) are eligible for a 5% mark relaxation. In such circumstances, at least 70% or an equivalent CGPA is necessary.

The final selection will be based on 70% written test, 30% interview, and an additional 10% weightage for previous academic success.
