Pondicherry University to Begin Spot Admissions for Five-Year Integrated PG Programs From August 30

Pondicherry University is conducting spot admissions for its five-year integrated PG programs, through the CUET UG 2023 scores. Eligible candidates can apply by physically visiting department heads on August 30, 2023.

New Delhi: Pondicherry University is all set to begin the spot admission for vacant seats available in its five-year integrated PG programmes through the CUET UG 2023 scores for the academic session 2023-24, from August 30, 2023.

The admission process for the five-year integrated PG program entirely relies on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2023 scores. All the eligible candidates who are interested need to visit the respective department heads physically on August 30, 2023, from 10 AM onwards to receive the five-year integrated PG program applications from Pondicherry University.

Pondicherry University Admission 2023 to the five-year integrated program will be granted based on the merit ranking of candidates who respond to the available vacant seats.

Candidates must bring their essential original certificates, including the CUET UG 2023 scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, passing certificate, government ID, and, if applicable, category certificate.

Pondicherry University Admissions 2023: Tie-breaker Rules

In cases where eligible candidates have identical scores, the following tie-breaking criteria will be used:

Candidates possessing higher marks in their Class 12 exams will be ranked more favorably on the merit list.

If these criteria are unable to resolve the tie-breaker situation, the seat will be awarded to the candidate with superior Class 10 marks. If both criteria prove insufficient to break the tie, the candidates' ages in days will be taken into account.
