Applications for PAU Ph.D programmes close on February 12, with entrance test and counselling scheduled later this month.

The Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana has started the Ph.D admission process for the 2025–26 academic session, inviting eligible candidates to apply online before the deadline.

The university will conduct an entrance test on February 20, 2026, followed by interview and counselling on February 25, 2026. Applicants facing issues in downloading admit cards can contact the Registrar’s office directly. Interested students must complete the application process within the prescribed schedule.

The Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana has issued clear guidelines for candidates facing problems with their admit cards and has also explained the next steps after the entrance exam.

If any applicant is unable to download the admit card, they must visit the Office of the Registrar, Thapar Hall, PAU, Ludhiana, two days before the entrance test with a copy of the application form, original candidate’s challan copy, and two passport-size photographs.

After the entrance exam, shortlisted candidates must attend counselling on February 25, 2026, carrying original academic certificates, admit card, application form copy, fee receipt/challan, identity proof, and photographs, as admission will be confirmed only after document verification and fee payment.
