Online Manipal University has officially released the detailed fee structure for its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for the academic session 2026. The university, known for its flexible online degree offerings, has announced course-specific fees for BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA, MCA, and M.Sc. programs to help prospective students plan their applications for the upcoming academic year.

For the undergraduate programmes, the BBA (Honours) course is priced at INR 2.40 lakhs for the full duration, while the regular BBA programme carries a total fee of INR 1.35 lakhs. The BCA programme is also offered at INR 1.35 lakhs. Additionally, the B.Com programme remains one of the most economical options with a total fee of INR 99,000.

In the postgraduate category, the MBA programme has a total fee structure of INR 2.92 lakhs. The MCA programme is priced at INR 2.22 lakhs, reflecting the university’s aim to provide accessible technical education through online mode. The M.Sc programme varies depending on the specialisation, with fees ranging between INR 2.28 lakhs and INR 2.80 lakhs.
