The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Board has begun the registration process for OJEE 2026.

Candidates looking for admission to various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Lateral Entry courses in government and private colleges across Odisha can now submit their applications online.

Admission is based on the performance in the OJEE 2026 Entrance Examination, which will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

Courses Offered

The entrance exam will be conducted for the following programs:

  • Undergraduate (UG): B.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing, and B.CAT.
  • Postgraduate (PG): MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science), MBA, Integrated MBA, M.Tech, M.Tech (Part-Time), M.Arch, M.Plan, and M.Pharm.
  • Nursing (PG/Post-Basic): Post B.Sc Nursing, Post Diploma Nursing, and M.Sc Nursing.
  • Lateral Entry (LE): Lateral Entry to B.Tech and B.Pharm courses.

OJEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

1. Engineering & Technology (B.E. / B.Tech)

  • Academic Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
  • Third Subject: One of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Technical Vocational subjects.
  • Minimum Marks: 45% to 50% in the aggregate of the above subjects (40%–45% for reserved categories).
  • Entrance Exams: JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or State-level exams (e.g., MHT-CET, WBJEE).

2. Medical & Allied Sciences (MBBS / BDS / B.Pharma)

  • Academic Qualification: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
  • English: English must be a core subject in the qualifying exam.
  • Minimum Marks: 50% for General and 40% for SC/ST/OBC in PCB subjects.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 17 years as of December 31 of the admission year.
  • Entrance Exam: NEET-UG is mandatory for MBBS/BDS in India.

3. Commerce & Management (B.Com / BBA)

  • Academic Qualification: 10+2 from any stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts).
  • Specific Requirements: top-tier B.Com (Hons) programs require
  • Mathematics/Accountancy in Class 12.
  • Entrance Exams: CUET, IPU CET, or NPAT (for NMIMS).

4. Humanities, Arts & Law (B.A. / LL.B)

  • B.A. Eligibility: 10+2 in any stream. Minimum marks often start at 45%–50%.
  • Integrated Law (B.A. LL.B / B.B.A. LL.B): 10+2 in any stream with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).
  • 3-Year LL.B: Requires a Graduation degree in any discipline with 45%–50% marks.

5. Postgraduate Programs (M.Tech / M.Sc / MBA)

Course Eligibility Requirement
M.Tech B.E./B.Tech degree with a valid GATE score.
MBA Bachelor’s degree (any stream) with 50% marks + Entrance ( CAT /MAT/ XAT/ GMAT).
M.Sc B.Sc. in a relevant subject with 50%–60% aggregate.
M.A. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Domicile: While outside state domicile candidates are prohibited from enrolling in government colleges, they remain eligible for admission to private colleges for most programs. The primary exception to this rule is B.CAT courses, which are uniquely open to all applicants regardless of their residency status. Consequently, while general course eligibility in the private sector excludes certain non-residents, the B.CAT category maintains a universal admission policy for both state and outside state candidates.

  3. Fill out the application form online through the portal.
