New Courses in OJEE 2025
For the first time in 2025, OJEE will be conducting entrance exams for several nursing programs, including:
- Basic B.Sc Nursing
- Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
- M.Sc Nursing
- Post Basic Diploma Nursing
These new additions are aimed at expanding opportunities for students pursuing healthcare education in Odisha.
Admission Process & Eligibility
Candidates must apply online for OJEE 2025 to be eligible for the entrance exam. After the results are declared, merit-listed candidates can proceed to participate in the counseling process for admission. Below are some of the major eligibility criteria for different courses:
Undergraduate Courses
- B. Tech: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or have a diploma in engineering with at least 45% marks.
- B. Arch: Candidates should have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Postgraduate Courses
- MCA: Applicants should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
- MBA: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks.
Changes Introduced in OJEE 2025
This year, OJEE has introduced some significant changes:
- New Programs: Admission tests will now be held for nursing programs.
- Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted in CBT mode across seven days, offering more flexibility in exam scheduling.
- Eligibility for Lateral Entry: Lateral entry to B.Tech, B.Pharm, and MCA will be available for candidates who meet the respective eligibility criteria.
