NTRUHS Post Basic BSc Nursing 2026 Registration Open; Check Last Date to Apply

The Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has opened online registration for the Post Basic BSc Nursing (PB BSc Nursing) 2026 course. Admission is offered under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2026-27. Applications are live on the official portal at drntr.uhsap.in.

Candidates can register and upload scanned certificates till 4 PM on September 15, 2026. The course is a two-year degree programme conducted across Andhra Pradesh. Registration includes online payment of the application fee.

NTRUHS PB BSc Nursing 2026 Key Details

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Applicants must have passed the two-year Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent exam. They must also hold a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma. The diploma must come from a government-recognised institution.

Registration with the State Nursing Council is mandatory. Candidates with only 1½ year MPHW training are not eligible. Both male and female candidates can apply.

The minimum age is 21 years as on December 31, 2026. There is no upper age limit. Indian nationals, PIO, OCI, and foreign nationals may apply.

Government Service Quota Rule

Service seat aspirants must be regular government employees. They should have completed two years of service as staff nurse by August 31, 2026. Service must be under the Medical and Health Department or AP Vaidya Vidhana Parishad. Temporary, contract, and private hospital staff cannot apply.

NTRUHS PB BSc Nursing 2026 Application Fee

The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstance. Payment can be made online through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

3. Note the registration number sent to your mobile.
4. Upload scanned copies of all required certificates.

Documents Required for Registration

Candidates must keep the following documents ready in scanned form:

• SSC marks memo as date of birth proof
• Intermediate marks memo and study certificate
• GNM diploma, consolidated marks memo, and year-wise marks sheets
• GNM registration certificate from the State Nursing Council
• Transfer Certificate and study certificates from 6th to 10th
• Aadhaar card, passport-size photograph, and specimen signature
• Caste, income, or PwBD certificates where applicable

Original certificates are verified at the allotted college during admission. Any mismatch will lead to cancellation of the provisional allotment.
