Noida International University Conducts ‘Business Trithon’ 2023; Check Details Here

New Delhi: The School of Business Management, Noida International University, conducted a Business Trithon, where students from several colleges of Delhi-NCR and other states took part. 

It comprised three activities including Business Plan Competition, Business Quiz, and Extempore.

In his remarks, Pro. Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Parsanjeet Kumar encouraged all participating teams and offered his best wishes at the event's opening ceremony. 

The Director of the School of Business Management, Prof. (Dr.) Subhash Kumar Verma, emphasised the significance of such events as a potential platform for participants to strategize, learn, and carry out their ideas. 

The competition was judged by Dr. Neha Tomar, Dr. Manju Kundu, and Mr. Shashank Saxena. All of the concepts presented piqued the jury's curiosity, and they offered several insightful suggestions. 

Dr. Shilpi Singh, an Associate Professor, and Mr. Rahul Kapoor, an Assistant Professor, both from SBM-NIU, have managed the business plan competition.

In the Extempore, a total of 17 students took part from various institutions and universities.

The participants were given questions on a variety of themes, including health, education, social media, the environment, and others. Two minutes of speaking time on the subject was allotted to the participants. 

Dr. Apurva Chatterjee from NIU and Dr. Bipin Kumar Srivastava from Galgotias University gave the judgment at the contest. 

Both Mr. Anil Verma and Ms. Shikha Goyal, assistant professor in the school of business management at Noida International University, led the programme. 

Vivek Kumar from the G. L. Bajaj Institute of Management and Research took second place, Sheetal Chauhan from SBM- Noida International University took first place in the Extempore competition, and Angelina D'Souza from Galgotias University took third place.
