NNM Nalanda PhD Program Eligibility Criteria 2025
To apply for the Nava Nalanda Mahavihara PhD program, candidates must meet the eligibility requirements listed below.
- Candidates who have completed:
- A 1-year/2-semester Master's degree after a 4-year/8-semester Bachelor's degree, or a 2-year/4-semester Master's degree after a 3-year Bachelor's degree, or any qualification equivalent to a Master's degree recognized by the statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in a point scale (where applicable).
- Candidates having an equivalent qualification from a foreign educational institution recognized by an approved evaluation and accrediting organization in their native country. The institution should be legally recognized and permitted to assess, accredit, or ensure quality standards.
NNM Nalanda PhD Program Documents Required 2025
Candidates must submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- Documents required for educational qualification include date of birth and other applicable documents.
- Caste Certificate for Reserved Category Candidates (as applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC and EWS Candidates
- Medical Certificate provided by a Civil Surgeon in the case of Persons with Disabilities (P.H.) Candidates (as applicable)
- Note on your area of study interest (maximum 200 words)
