NMIMS Doctorate Admission 2026 Phase 1 Ongoing; Test & PI on April 10

The Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) has started the Doctorate (PhD) Admission 2026 – Phase 1 process on its official website. Candidates who wish to pursue doctoral research must complete online registration before the deadline.

As per the schedule, the last date to apply is March 29, 2026, and the written test and personal interview will be conducted on April 10, 2026. Applicants are advised to check eligibility, fees, and selection details carefully before applying.

The net annual fee for the NMIMS Doctorate (PhD) program is ₹50,000 per year. Candidates who are selected must pay the admission fees within the prescribed timeline to confirm their seat in the program.

Along with this, eligible research scholars may receive fellowship support as per university norms. Under the fellowship scheme, Junior Research Fellows (JRF) will receive ₹49,490 per month (₹46,990 including HRA + ₹2,500 contingency). Meanwhile, Senior Research Fellows (SRF) will receive ₹58,340 per month (₹53,340 including HRA + ₹5,000 contingency). The fellowship amount includes both HRA and contingency grants.

How Does the Selection Process Work?

The admission process includes:

• Written Test
• Personal Interview (PI)
• Preparation of Merit List
• Document verification
• Payment of admission fees

Final selection is based on performance in the written test and interview, followed by verification of documents.

After the merit list is declared on April 20, 2026, shortlisted candidates must upload required documents and pay the admission fees between April 20 and April 27, 2026.

The program will officially begin on July 18, 2026, and admissions will close on August 03, 2026. Candidates are advised to check the official website and collegedunia.com for the latest updates.
