NIT Warangal is inviting applications for M.Tech (Self-Finance) Admission 2025. Interested candidates can apply till April 25, 2025, by visiting the official website @admissions.nitw.ac.in. Further, the written test/interview is scheduled for May 19 to May 23, 2025. The course may offered in 8 different specializations Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and more.

NIT Warangal MTech Fee Structure 2025

Here is the MTech Fee Structure 2025 in the tabular form:

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or a 6.5 CGPA for the GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL categories. For SC/ST/PwD candidates, a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or a 6.0 CGPA is required. The CGPA or percentage should be awarded by a recognized university or institute. Eligibility will be determined based on the primary mode of evaluation (CGPA or percentage) stated in the qualifying degree certificate or mark sheet.

NIT Warangal MTech Document Required 2025

SSC/Class X certificate as proof of date of birth.
Intermediate/(10+2)/Class XII certificate.
Provisional certificate/Degree certificate and mark sheets of the qualifying examination.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer, issued on or after March 10, 2025 (Annexure-I), if employed.
Relieving certificate from the employer (to be submitted at the time of admission), if employed.
Recent photograph on the application form.
GATE scorecard (if applicable, but not mandatory).
Fee payment receipt with the transaction number.
