The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur has announced the PhD interview results for the Spring 2024-25 session. The list of provisionally selected candidates has been released. The document verification and reporting process are scheduled for January 10 and 13, 2025.

The physical verification of documents will take place at the Central Computer Centre on the following dates and times:

NIT Raipur PhD Admission 2025: Documents Required

Candidates must bring the following documents for the verification process:

Photo ID Proof: As per Government of India norms.
Aadhaar Card.
Proof of Date of Birth: Class X mark sheet/certificate issued by the last attended school/recognized educational board.
Original Grade/Mark Sheets: For all semesters of the qualifying degree examination.
Category Certificates (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS): Must be issued after 1 April 2024, in the prescribed format available in the Ph.D. information bulletin.
PwD Certificate: For candidates with disabilities, issued by a Medical Board.
Migration Certificate: From the last attended institute/university.
Transfer and Conduct Certificates: Issued by the last attended institution.
Passport-Sized Photographs: Two copies.
Soft Copies: Passport-sized photo (30–40 KB, white background) and signature (10–20 KB).
