NIT Manipur M.Tech & M.Sc Admission 2026 Begins @nitmanipur.ac.in; Apply Till April 18

NIT Manipur has invited online applications for admission to its M.Tech (Non-GATE) and M.Sc (Non-JAM) programmes for the academic session 2026–27. The last date to submit the application form is April 18, 2026, while the written test/interview is scheduled for April 30, 2026.

The admission is open for regular, sponsored (full-time), and part-time categories across multiple disciplines, including Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, as well as Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.

As per the official notification, 25% of seats in all M.Tech and M.Sc programmes will be filled through Non-GATE/Non-JAM candidates. Remaining vacant seats after CCMT 2026 and CCMN 2026 counselling will be allotted at the institute level.

NIT Manipur Admission 2026

Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (55% or 6.0 CGPA for reserved categories) in the qualifying degree from a recognised institution. Selection will be based on academic performance, written test, and interview.

The shortlist of candidates will be uploaded on or before May 1, 2026, on the institute’s official website. Applicants are advised to regularly check the website for updates, as no separate admit card will be issued for the test or interview.
