How to Complete the Online Admission Process?

All allotted candidates must first complete the online admission process through the NIT Calicut IMS portal. Candidates are required to upload the necessary documents and pay the applicable fees online.

The process includes the verification of personal details and the uploading of required certificates. Candidates must then pay the Seat Acceptance Fee or Partial Admission Fee, as applicable.

Only candidates who successfully complete the online admission process will be allowed to proceed with physical reporting.

How to Report Physically at NIT Calicut?

Candidates must reach the designated reporting centre on their scheduled reporting day. The reporting hall will open at 9 AM on each date. Candidates are advised to arrive early to avoid long queues during the document-verification process.

PwD candidates will also have to appear before the Medical Board constituted by NIT Calicut. Their admission will remain provisional until the Medical Board verifies and certifies their PwD status.

Why This Matters

Missing the physical reporting window can lead to seat cancellation. Candidates who skip these dates lose their allotted seat at NIT Calicut. The seat then moves back into the next allotment pool.

Action Plan for Candidates
