NIT Arunachal Pradesh PhD Admission 2026 is Open @nitap.ac.in, Apply by Nov 30; Check Direct Link

National Institute of Technology, Arunachal Pradesh, is inviting applications for the full-time and part-time PhD programs. The candidates must apply by November 30, 2025, till 5 PM, at nitap.ac.in. The department will release the list of shortlisted candidates by December 11, 2025.

The written test, interview, and other processes for the part-time PhD program will be conducted from December 15, 2025, to December 23, 2025. The result will be announced on January 6, 2026.

Admission to the PhD program at NIT Arunachal Pradesh will start from January 12 to 13, 2026, and classes will commence on January 14, 2026.

How to Apply for PhD 2026 at NIT Arunachal Pradesh?

• Candidates are required to download the application form from the official website nitap.ac.in.
• If a candidate is interested in applying to more than one category or department, he/she will have to submit a separate application form along with appropriate fees and documents.
• A non-refundable fee of Rs. 300/- (Rs 150/- for ST/SC/PwD candidates) is to be deposited to the Canara Bank account Name "NIT,AP FEE ACCOUNT" Account number: 3435101005134, IFSC- CNRB0003435, MIRC – 791015002. And the deposited slip is to be attached to the application form.
• The candidate must submit an application form and self-attested documents to their respective HoDs via email with the subject “PhD admission in the department of XYZ,” along with an NOC to the respective HoDs if selected.
• Candidates must note that late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
