NIT AP PhD Admission Schedule 2024-25 Out; Report by January 4

National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh (NIT AP) has released the admission schedule for the PhD program for the 2024-25 academic year. The selected candidates have to report for admission to PhD (full-time/ part-time) under the project category and PhD (full-time/ part-time) under the Visvesvaraya scheme.

NIT AP PhD Admission 2024-25 Documents Required

The candidates should produce the following original certificates/documents during physical reporting:

• SSC/10th Marksheet as proof of Date of Birth
• Intermediate/Diploma/10+2 Pass Certificate, Marks sheet
• UG and PG - Original Degree and Consolidated Marks Memo
• GATE/UGC-NET Score card (full-time scholars only)
• Relieving order from the employer, if employed (full-time scholars only)
• Experience Certificate, Sponsorship Certificate, and No Objection Certificate (NOC) (part-time candidates only)
• Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration certificate
• Two recent passport-size colour photographs
• Fee payment receipt
• Aadhaar or valid photo identity card
• Xerox copy of Bank Account Pass book (full-time scholars only)

Two sets of photocopies of the above-mentioned certificates are mandatory. Candidates are advised to keep two sets of photocopies of the original certificates with them at the time of physical reporting.

NIT AP PhD Admission 2024-25 Institute Fees

Candidates have to pay the fees from the given link. Cash/ DD/ Bankers Cheque/ NEFT Transfer or any other mode of transaction will not be accepted. Details regarding hostel accommodation and registration will be published on the Institute website by the Hostel’s Office, NIT AP.
