The NTA has released the NIFT 2026 provisional answer key and response sheet for UG and PG programmes. Candidates can check their answers and raise objections online by February 19, 2026, by paying ₹200 per question.
The NTA has released the provisional answer key and recorded response sheets for the NIFT Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) 2026 conducted for admission to UG and PG programmes, including Regular and NLEA (Lateral Entry) courses. Candidates who appeared for the entrance test can now check the answer key and their recorded responses by visiting the official website.

The agency has also opened the objection window, allowing candidates to challenge the provisional answer key till February 19, 2026, up to 11:50 PM. As per the official notification, candidates can submit objections against the provisional answer key online by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 per question challenged.
The NIFTEE 2026 exam was held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Paper-Based Test (PBT) modes across 129 examination centres in 97 cities in Hindi and English mediums.
How to Challenge NIFT 2026 Answer Key?
- Visit the official NIFT exam website and click on “Challenge Answer Key”.
- Log in using your application number, password, and security PIN.
- Select the question(s) you want to challenge.
- Upload supporting proof in a single PDF file.
- Pay ₹200 per question online and submit.
- Download the confirmation page for future reference.
- Complete the process before February 19, 2026.

If the objections submitted by candidates are found valid, the answer key will be revised accordingly. The final NIFT result will be prepared based on the revised answer key. NTA has clarified that no individual communication will be sent to candidates regarding the acceptance or rejection of their challenges. The decision of the expert panel on the final answer key will be considered final.
