NID DAT Mains 2026 Admit Card Out For M.Des

National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, has released the detailed schedule for the NID Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Mains 2026 for admission to the Master of Design (M.Des) programme. Applicants can download their M.Des NID DAT Mains admit card through the official website using their Email address and Date of Birth.

As per the official notification, the M.Des DAT Mains Studio Test will be conducted on March 8, 2026. Candidates applying for Industrial Design and Communication Design disciplines will take the studio test in Ahmedabad, while those in Interdisciplinary Design Studies and IT-Integrated Design will have to take it in Bengaluru. The studio test for Textile, Apparel and Lifestyle Accessory Design (TALAD) will be conducted in Gandhinagar.

Following the studio test, the M.Des interview round will be conducted between March 21 and April 1, 2026. The interviews will be held in different cities such as Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Gandhinagar, depending on the selected discipline.
