National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has begun the application process for the 2026 academic session. Students are invited to apply for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs across its multiple campuses.
The application fee for NFSU for the 2026-27 admission cycle is structured based on the number of campuses a candidate selects during the registration process. Applicants belonging to the Unreserved (UR), Children/Widows of Personnel of Armed Forces (CW), and J&K Migrant categories are required to pay ₹1000 for a single campus, ₹2000 for two to four campuses, and ₹3000 for five or more campuses. Candidates from the OBC-NCL and EWS categories benefit from a slightly reduced rate, paying ₹900, ₹1800, or ₹2700, respectively, depending on their campus choices. NFSU Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- For UG (Integrated M.Sc.): Candidates must have passed or appeared in 10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, securing at least 60% for General/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwD
- For PG Courses: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Medicine, Engineering, etc.) with a minimum of 55% for General/OBC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwD
- For Professional Diplomas: A Bachelor's degree in any stream or a specific discipline (depending on the course) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD)

NFSU Admission 2026 Selection Process
For the 2026 session, the university has transitioned to using National Level Entrance Tests for primary selection:
- UG Admissions: Primarily based on CUET-UG 2026 scores.
- PG Admissions: Based on CUET-PG 2026, GATE, CAT, or CLAT scores.
- Merit List: The university will release a merit list based on these scores, followed by a counseling process for final seat allocation.
