MCC begins the registration and fee payment process for NEET PG Round 2 Counseling 2024. The registration and fee submission window will be open till December 9, 2024, 3 PM.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially commenced the registration and fee payment process for Round 2 of NEET PG Counselling 2024. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website, mcc.nic.in, starting today, December 4, 2024. The deadline for registration and fee submission is December 9, 2024.

Eligibility for Round 2
Candidates who fall under the following categories are eligible to participate in Round 2 of NEET PG Counselling:
- New Applicants: Candidates who did not register in Round 1.
- Unallotted Candidates: Candidates who appeared in Round 1 but were not allotted any seat.
- Upgradation: Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 and are seeking upgradation.
- Withdrawn/Opted Out: Candidates who withdrew or did not join after being allotted a seat in Round 1.
Key Points to Remember
- Choice Filling: Students can fill in the choices for their preferred courses and colleges through the choice-filling window. Choices can be edited until December 9, 2024
- Fee Payment: Counseling fees differ according to categories and institutions. Pay on or before time to avoid disqualification.
- Reporting: Allottees of Round 2 seat must report in the allotted institution from December 13 to December 19, 2024 for admission confirmation.
- Upgradation: Candidates admitted through Round 1 can accept the seat provided under Round 2 to upgrade.The seat accepted in Round 1 will be automatically forfeited.
Important Notes for Candidates
- Candidates failing to join the allotted seat in Round 2 will be disqualified from further rounds of counselling.
- MCC will conduct a Mop-Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round after Round 2 for remaining vacancies.
