The Council of Architecture will open NATA 2026 Phase 2 registration on or after June 23 at nata.in. The Phase 2 exam is scheduled for August 7 and 8 2026. Phase 1 candidates are not eligible to appear in Phase 2.

NATA 2026 Phase 2 Registration to Open From June 23 Exam on August 7 and 8

The Council of Architecture (COA) will open the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2026 Phase 2 registration window on or after June 23, 2026. Candidates can apply on the official portal at nata.in. The Phase 2 examination is scheduled for August 7 and 8, 2026.

The NATA Phase 2 test will be held in two sessions on each exam day. The morning session runs from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The afternoon session runs from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Candidates can choose a slot during application.

Phase 1 candidates cannot apply for Phase 2. This rule is clearly stated in the official schedule. Only fresh applicants and those who skipped Phase 1 may register now.

NATA 2026 Application Fee

The application fee depends on category and gender. Fees are paid online during registration. The amounts below are for a single test attempt.

Who Is Eligible to Apply for NATA 2026 Phase 2?

Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. A minimum aggregate of 45 percent is required. Candidates with a 10+3 diploma carrying Mathematics as a compulsory subject are also eligible.

The third compulsory subject can be Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies. Candidates appearing in Class 12 in 2026 can also apply.

Anyone who already attempted Phase 1 in April or May 2026 cannot register for Phase 2. This restriction is non-negotiable as per the official schedule.

What Is the NATA 2026 Exam Pattern?

NATA 2026 follows a hybrid exam pattern of 180 minutes. The test carries a total of 200 marks. It is split into two parts of equal duration.
