MS University Announces Updated Merit List for PhD English and Mathematics; Check Details Here

Manonmaniam Sundaranar University has announced the Counselling Schedule for Ph.D. admissions in Arts and Science programs. The counseling for shortlisted candidates will take place from January 6 to January 10, 2025, based on their specializations. Candidates must report to the university at either 10:15 AM for the Morning Session or 2:15 PM for the Afternoon Session. Check the detailed schedule here.

Based on the NET Examination schedule, the Ph. D. counselling, July 2024 session is rescheduled for Commerce and Tamil.

MS University Ph.D. Documents Required for Counselling

Here are the documents required for the counselling for the Ph.D. program - July 2024 session:

• Original Application/Xerox copy of Application
• Service Certificate from the Employer (if part-time).
• No Objection Certificate from the Employer (if part-time).
• Copy of Entrance Examination Result/Pass Certificate (NET-JRF/NET/SET/SLET/CMRF/NET-Ph.D./GATE).
• Physically Challenged Certificate (if applicable).
• Attested photocopy of UG and PG Mark Statement and Degree Certificate.
• Attested photocopy of 10th and 12th Mark Statement.
• Attested photocopy of Last Transfer Certificate.
• Attested photocopy of Community Certificate.
• Recognition Certificate from the Controller of Examinations, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University (for a PG Degree from another University).

Note: Candidates who have failed to produce the relevant documents in original shall not be considered for admission.
