DME Madhya Pradesh has released the MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2 provisional merit list on dme.mponline.gov.in. Choice filling is open until September 9 and seat allotment will follow on September 11.

The Directorate of Medical Education Madhya Pradesh has released the merit list. It covers Round 2 of MP NEET UG 2026 state counselling. The document is now live on dme.mponline.gov.in.
The list carries roll numbers of candidates eligible for the second round. It is a public PDF and needs no login to view. Candidates should search their roll number to confirm their status.
Choice filling for Round 2 opened on September 7. The window closes at 11:59 PM on September 9, 2026. Fresh choices are mandatory for every Round 2 candidate.
Round 1 preferences will not carry forward to this round. Candidates who skip the lock deadline lose Round 2 allotment. The seat matrix and vacancy list are also public on the portal.
Round 2 covers seats in state government medical and dental colleges. Private medical and dental college seats under the state quota are also included. Both MBBS and BDS aspirants can participate in the round.

Who Is Eligible for MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2?
Round 2 is open to candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026. Fresh and Round 1 candidates can participate together.
- Candidates who registered fresh during the September 5 to 6 window
- Round 1 non-allottees who wish to try again in Round 2
- Candidates who took free exit from a Round 1 allotted seat
- Candidates who wish to upgrade from a Round 1 seat
Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must carry original documents to the allotted college. Photocopies are also needed for the college admission file.
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
- Domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh
- Category certificate if applicable
- Aadhaar card and recent passport size photographs
- MP counselling registration slip and Round 2 allotment letter
How to Check the MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Merit List?
The merit list PDF is open access on the DME MP portal. No login credentials are required to view the document.
- Visit the official portal at dme.mponline.gov.in.
- Open the Round 2 notifications section on the home page.
- Click the link titled Common Merit List Second Round 2026.
- Download the PDF and search for your roll number.
- Save a copy for use during choice filling.
How to Fill Choices for MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2?
Registered candidates must log in and lock preferences before the deadline. Unlocked choices will not be considered for seat allotment.
- Log in to the DME MP counselling portal with your credentials.
- Open the Choice Filling tab on the candidate dashboard.
- Add colleges and courses in order of preference.
- Review the choice order carefully before locking.
- Click Lock Choices and download the confirmation page.
Round 1 preferences do not carry over this year. Every Round 2 candidate must fill fresh choices on the portal. Missing the lock deadline means no allotment in this round.
Action Plan for Candidates
- Verify your name and roll number in the Round 2 merit list.
- Check the latest vacancy position across MBBS and BDS colleges.
- Prepare a fresh preference order based on current vacancies.
- Log in and lock your choices before 11:59 PM on September 9.
- Keep original documents ready for reporting from September 12.
The Round 2 seat allotment result is due on September 11 at dme.mponline.gov.in. Reporting at allotted colleges closes at 6 PM on September 18.
