MP AYUSH UG Counselling 2026 Round 3 Registration Opens; Check Last Date to Apply

The Directorate of AYUSH, Madhya Pradesh (MP AYUSH) has opened Round 3 registration for the MP State AYUSH NEET UG Counselling 2026 on the official portal at ayush.mponline.gov.in. Candidates seeking admission to BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS courses must complete the application process by October 16, 2026.

Eligible NEET UG 2026 qualifiers can register, pay the counselling fee, and fill choices through the MP Online portal. The seat matrix covers government, private, and autonomous AYUSH colleges across Madhya Pradesh. Candidates who were not allotted a seat in earlier rounds can also take part in Round 3.

MP AYUSH UG Counselling 2026 Round 3 Key Dates

Courses Covered Under MP AYUSH Round 3

Round 3 covers four undergraduate AYUSH streams across the state. Each stream leads to a bachelor's degree recognised by the respective central council.

1. BAMS: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
2. BHMS: Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery
3. BUMS: Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery
4. BNYS: Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Only candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026 are eligible to take part. The applicant must meet the age, nationality, and domicile rules laid out in the official MP AYUSH Admission Rule Book 2026. Candidates who have joined a seat in an earlier round and have not resigned as per rules cannot register fresh in Round 3.

How to Apply for MP AYUSH UG Counselling 2026 Round 3?

The entire process is online through the MP Online AYUSH portal. Follow the steps below in order.

1. Visit the official portal at ayush.mponline.gov.in.
2. Click on the Round 3 registration link on the home page.
3. Create a profile using NEET UG 2026 roll number and credentials.
4. Fill in personal, academic, and category details carefully.
5. Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
6. Pay the counselling registration fee online.
7. Submit the form and download a copy for records.
8. Return to the portal in the choice filling window to lock preferences.

Documents Required for Registration

Candidates must keep scanned copies of key documents ready before starting the form. Missing papers at verification can lead to seat cancellation.

• NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Transfer certificate and migration certificate
• Domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh (if claimed)
• Category certificate for SC, ST, OBC, EWS (if claimed)
• Government photo ID proof and recent passport-size photograph
