New Delhi: Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur has started accepting applications for admission to its PhD (Sponsored) & MTech/MPlan programme for the academic year 2023-24. Interested and eligible candidates can enroll for PhD (Sponsored) & MTech /MPlan Admission through the official portal, @mnit.ac.in, till May 3, 2023.

MNIT Jaipur offers PG programmes such as Master of Technology (M.Tech) in various disciplines and Master of Urban Planning (M.Plan) degrees, whereas Ph.D is offered in multiple disciplines of Engineering, Humanities & Social Sciences, Architecture & Planning, Management and Sciences.

MNIT Jaipur Admission 2023 to the MPlan/MTech programme will be done based on the merit in the qualifying examination, work experience and Interview/ Test followed by CCMT counselling. Similarly, PhD admission is done on the basis of written test, viva-voce and merit in the qualifying examination. MNIT Jaipur PhD (Sponsored) & MTech/MPlan Admission 2023: Eligibility & Selection Criteria

In order to enroll for admission to the MNIT Jaipur PhD (Sponsored) & MTech/MPlan Programme, candidates will have to fulfil the requisite eligibility & selection criteria.

Name of the Programme	Eligibility Criteria	Selection Process
PhD (Sponsored)	Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in relevant specialisation with a minimum of 6.5 out of 10 CPGA or at least 60% marks from recognized universities/ institutes.	PhD Admission will be done on the basis of written test, viva-voce and merit in the qualifying examination.
MTech	Candidates having a BE/ B.Tech or M.Sc degree in relevant stream and must have obtained a minimum of 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates are considered eligible.	Selection to the M.Tech and M.Plan programme will be based on merit in the qualifying examination, work experience and Interview/Test followed by CCMT counselling.
MPlan	Aspirants must have a B.Arch, B.Plan, Bachelor in Town Planning, Bachelor in Transportation Planning, Bachelor in Urban Planning, Bachelor in Town & Country Planning, BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology Degree to be eligible for the program.
