Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) announced that the exam duration of MICAT 2021 will be reduced by 30 minutes.
Usually, MICAT is conducted for 2 hours 45 minutes. This year, the institute has reduced the exam time by 30 minutes, and from now on the exam will be conducted for 2 hours 15 minutes.
Prof Ruchi Tewari, Admissions Chairman of MICA said that the number of sections will remain the same but the number of questions asked will be reduced.
"This decision has been in deliberation for a while, and the stressful externalities propelled us into action to make a scientific analysis of data and take this decision," Tewari said.

The application form for the 2021-23 batch is open and candidates who wish to apply for the two-year PGP Program (PGD in Management – Communication/ PGD in Management) can apply for MICAT on the official website.
MICAT 2021 is an entrance exam conducted by MICA to provide admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Communications.
It is conducted twice a year and the best of two scores will be calculated. The application process for MICAT started on October 6, 2020, and the last date to apply is on November 26, 2020.
Tewari stated that the institute hosts admission related webinars to sort queries and interact with the prospective students.
