MHT CET 2026 registration has started for PCM and PCB groups; check dates, exam schedule, and mandatory requirements.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has started the MHT CET 2026 registration process for candidates seeking admission to engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture courses. The entrance test will be conducted for PCM and PCB groups for the academic year 2026–27.
Online registration has commenced from January 10, 2026, and eligible candidates can submit and confirm their application forms till February 12, 2026. The exam will be held at multiple centres across Maharashtra in two attempts.

It is mandatory for applicants to have a valid Aadhaar ID and APAAR ID at the time of registration for MHT-CET. Candidates who do not have an APAAR ID must generate it via DigiLocker before applying. Students are advised to regularly check the official website for updates regarding admit cards, exam guidelines, and result announcements.
What Happens After MHT CET 2026?
After the declaration of results, the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) will begin for seat allotment across participating colleges. Documents required for counselling generally include:
- MHT CET scorecard
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
- Aadhaar card
- APAAR ID
- Domicile and category certificates (if applicable)
