Fill out the captcha, choose the program, state, and city, then enter your email address.
Click Register Now to get started.
You will be taken to the page for the MET Form.
To get started on creating your application, click Proceed to Step 1.
Enter the required information.
The application fees must be paid.
Press "Submit."
