MDI Gurgaon Confirms No Fee Hike for Online MBA 2026-28; Check Breakdown Here

Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon has released the detailed fee structure and admission schedule for its PGDM (Online) programme 2026. The two-year programme will cost a total of ₹8.96 lakh, payable in three installments.

Applications are currently open, and the selection process will be based on multiple criteria including personal interview, academic performance, diversity, and work experience. Candidates are advised to apply early as admissions depend on seat availability.

MDI Gurgaon Online MBA Admission Process

Applicants must submit their applications online before the deadline. The shortlisting will be done based on the details filled in the form.

Final selections will consider performance in the personal interview (PI), academic merit, diversity factors, and relevant work experience. Offer letters will be sent to selected candidates accordingly.

However, according to the institute, candidates applying for the PGDM (Online) programme must have secured at least 50% marks in both Class X and XII.

They should also hold a bachelor’s degree of at least three years’ duration with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.

In addition, applicants are required to possess a minimum of two years of full-time work experience as of December 31, 2025, while internships and apprenticeships will not be considered. Proficiency in English is also mandatory for admission.

MDI Gurgaon’s Online PGDM Fee Structure

For the 2026 batch, the total academic fee has been fixed at ₹8,95,700. The fee includes ₹5.45 lakh as tuition charges, ₹1 lakh for learning materials, ₹68,000 towards library usage, and ₹40,000 for IT infrastructure.

An additional ₹1 lakh has been earmarked for campus immersion activities, while ₹27,500 will be collected as a refundable security deposit. Here’s a clear tabulated information about the online PGDM fees for 2026-28 batch:

According to the official schedule, students will be required to pay ₹1,45,000 at the time of accepting the admission offer, followed by ₹3,96,600 in February 2026 and ₹3,54,100 in February 2027.

The institute has clarified that Foreign Nationals, NRIs, and PIOs must pay the equivalent amount in INR.

The program also includes campus immersion sessions, comprising a two-day induction, a five-day mid-programme immersion, and a one-day closing event. While MDI Gurgaon will arrange boarding and lodging, participants will have to bear their travel expenses.

Following the admission process, selected candidates will move on to counselling and document verification. The induction programme is scheduled for January 24–25, 2026, and classes are expected to commence on January 30, 2026.
