Eligible candidates can take part in the Special Stray Round for allotment of State Government quota seats in BDS and BASLP and Management quota MBBS seats at SAHS.

The Directorate of Health Services, Manipur, has officially announced the schedule for the Special Stray Round of Manipur Medical eCounselling 2025–26 for admission to UG medical & allied health courses. Eligible candidates can participate in the Special Stray Round for allotment of State Government quota seats in BDS and BASLP courses and Management quota seats in MBBS at SAHS.

According to the official notice, candidates already registered for Manipur Medical eCounselling 2025–26 must compulsorily fill in their Seat Choices through the official web portal to be considered for the Special Stray Round. Additionally, NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates who did not participate in earlier rounds are allowed to freshly register and fill choices for this round. The registration and choice-filling process will remain open from December 23 to December 24, 2025.

As per eligibility norms, candidates who are already holding a seat or who were allotted a seat in earlier rounds but failed to report are not eligible for the Special Stray Round. Available State Government quota seats include limited vacancies in BDS at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences and BASLP at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences.
Application & Security Fee Details
Registration for the Manipur NEET UG 2025 Special Stray Round will be completed only after payment of the prescribed fees. The non-refundable application fee is ₹2,000 for State Government seats (₹1,500 for SC/ST candidates) and ₹2,000 for Management quota seats at SAHS, while candidates applying for both quotas must pay ₹4,000 (₹3,500 for SC/ST).
In addition, all applicants must deposit a refundable security fee of ₹5,000, which will be returned after completion of all counselling rounds.
