Mahindra University PhD in Engineering Admission 2025 Open; Apply before December 21

Mahindra University is inviting applications for admission to Full-Time and Part-Time PhD in engineering program (Spring Semester 2025). The last day for application is December 21, 2024.

The shortlisted candidates list will be out on December 28, 2024 and the Ph.D. Entrance Test / Interview is scheduled for January 20, 2025.

Mahindra University PhD Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Science/Humanities/Social Sciences with a minimum CGPA of 6.00 on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in aggregate
• B.Tech. or equivalent degree with a minimum CGPA of 7.00 on a 10-point scale with 70% aggregate marks
• A valid GATE score or UGC/ CSIR/ DBT/ INSPIRE Fellowship Examination for Sciences/ Humanities and Social Sciences disciplines

Other Conditions

• GATE/National examination requirement for Ph.D. admission can be waived for graduates from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes with a B.Tech./B.E./Integrated M.Sc. (or similar 4-year program via JEE) and a CGPA of 8.00 or above.
• The requirement of GATE/National Examination can be also waived for M.Sc. graduates from IITs with a CGPA of 8.00 and above

Admission to Mahindra University is based on UGC NET score or entrance test/interview.

• Entrance test: 60 marks
• Interview: 40 marks
