The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the Round 3 Merit List for Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling on the official website on September 12. The choice filling process was ongoing from September 13 - 14, 2023 @cetcell.mahacet.org.

New Delhi: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) cell has released the merit list for round 3 of MBBS and BDS admissions for the academic year 2023-24. Candidates who have completed registration for the Maharashtra NEET UG 2023 counselling can now view the available seat options and make their choices through the official website, @cetcell.net.in/NEET-UG-2023/login.
As per the schedule, the Maharashtra NEET UG Counseling 2023 Round 3 Choice-filling and Locking was done from September 13 to 14, 2023, and the Maharashtra NEET UG seat allotment results for 2023 will be announced on September 15, 2023, based on the preferences provided by the candidates.
Students who have been allotted seats can report to the allotted institutes and fill status retention form by September 20 up to 5:30 PM.
Having successfully completed the initial rounds of NEET-UG-2023 counselling, the office has identified a few vacant seats. To fill these vacancies for MBBS/BDS Courses (Group-A) across Government/ Corporation/ Government Aided/Private Unaided/Minority Colleges, the second round of counselling and subsequent CAP round(s) have been scheduled as detailed below, the CET cell stated when announcing the schedule.
Alongside the publication of the Round 2 Maharashtra NEET UG Seat Matrix, the Cell has also highlighted the concept of "virtual vacancies" for MBBS and BDS admission across 74 medical colleges in the state.

For those selected, the physical joining and completion of the status retention form with original documents and the required fee will take place between September 16, 2023, and September 20, 2023, until 5:30 PM.
The release of the general list of registered candidates has been done on September 12. The combined common provisional state merit list of MBBS/BDS courses was also published along with the seat matrix for CAP-3 will be published.

- Click on the link ‘Selection list only for MBBS/BDS courses cap round 2”
- A PDF will be displayed on the screen
- Press Ctrl+F to search your name
- Download the PDF for future reference

“Candidate should submit all the original documents and pay requisite fees in the selected college within the stipulated time; failing which this selection stands cancelled,” the cell said.
Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2023: Documents Required
Aspirants will require the following documents for reporting to the colleges:
- NEET UG 2023 admit card
- Maharashtra NEET UG application form print out
- NEET UG 2023 score card
- Valid photo ID proof
- Domicile certificate
- HSC (or equivalent) examination marksheet
- SSC (or equivalent) passing certificate (for date of birth)
- Aadhar card
- Medical fitness certificate
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
