State CET Cell Maharashtra has released the MAH NEET UG 2026 Stray Round schedule. Candidates must register and submit fresh preferences at medical2026.mahacet.org. Reporting at allotted colleges will take place from October 19 to 26, 2026.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra has published Notice No. 23 for the MAH NEET UG 2026 Stray Round. The schedule is live at medical2026.mahacet.org. This round covers vacant MBBS and BDS seats under Group A.
The Stray Round is the final counselling phase for 2026-27. It fills seats left vacant after Round 3 of CAP. Eligible candidates must register afresh and submit new preferences.

Who Is Eligible for the Stray Round?
The Stray Round is open to all NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates. Aspirants must not currently hold an allotted and joined seat. Fresh registration is mandatory for new participants.
Candidates allotted earlier but who did not join can also apply. The CET Cell will verify details before confirming registrations. Final admission depends on seat availability in participating institutes.
How to Register for the MAH NEET UG 2026 Stray Round?
Candidates should follow the steps given below to complete the process.
- Visit the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org.
- Click on the Stray Round registration link under Notice No. 23.
- Fill the online application form with personal and academic details.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents as per the specifications.
- Pay the counselling fee through available online payment modes.
- Submit course and college preferences within the choice filling window.
- Lock the final preferences before the deadline closes.
Documents Required for Verification
Candidates must keep the following documents ready during the registration process.
- NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
- Domicile certificate of Maharashtra
- Caste certificate and non-creamy layer certificate, if applicable
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photograph
- Nationality certificate issued by the competent authority
This Round offers the last medical seats of the 2026 cycle. No further admission rounds will be held in Maharashtra this year. Candidates missing this window must wait for the next session.
