The Maharashtra CET Cell has released the MAH NEET UG 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result at medical2026.mahacet.org. Allotted candidates must report to their assigned college by September 18, 2026.

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (MAH CET Cell) has released the Maharashtra National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (MAH NEET UG) 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result on the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org. Allotted candidates must complete physical reporting at their assigned medical or dental college by September 18, 2026.
As per the official notification issued by the MAH CET Cell, a total of 10,938 candidates have secured seats through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 2. Of these, 8,442 candidates have been allotted MBBS seats and 2,496 candidates have secured BDS seats across participating government and private colleges in Maharashtra.
The reporting window opens on September 13, 2026 and closes on September 18, 2026. Candidates must carry original documents, three sets of self-attested photocopies, and the prescribed institutional fee in the form of a demand draft.

How to Download the MAH NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Allotment Letter?
The allotment letter is mandatory for physical reporting. Candidates must download and print it before visiting the assigned college.
- Visit the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org.
- Click on the CAP Round 2 selection list link on the homepage.
- Log in using your application number and password.
- Check the allotted college and course on the dashboard.
- Download the provisional allotment letter and take a printout.
Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
Candidates must carry originals along with three sets of self-attested photocopies. Missing documents may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard.
- Maharashtra CET Cell online application form and merit card.
