The State CET Cell Maharashtra has opened the MAH MBA CET 2026 Institutional Round for vacant MBA and MMS seats. Candidates must complete admission at participating institutes by September 14, 2026 for the 2026-27 session.

MAH MBA CET 2026 Institutional Round Admission Begins

The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra, has opened the MAH MBA CET 2026 Institutional Round admission at mba2026.mahacet.org.in. The round covers vacant MBA and MMS seats in participating institutes across Maharashtra. All admissions must conclude by September 14, 2026.

This round follows the completion of Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 4. The final CAP reporting window ended on September 7, 2026. Institutes with vacant seats after CAP can now invite candidates directly.

Who Can Apply for the Institutional Round?

The round is open to registered CAP candidates and eligible All India applicants. Candidates who missed the CAP process can also apply. However, a valid entrance examination score is mandatory.

  • Candidates with a non-zero MAH MBA CET 2026 score
  • All India candidates with valid CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, or GMAT scores
  • Candidates who were not allotted a seat in CAP Round 4
  • Aspirants who did not register for the CAP process earlier

The academic requirements remain the same as those followed during the CAP process. The category-wise minimum aggregate marks required in the bachelor’s degree are given below.

How to Apply for the Institutional Round?

There is no central application form for the Institutional Round. Candidates must approach each institute of interest directly and complete its admission process.

  1. Check the vacant seat list on the institute’s official website.
  2. Fill out the institute-level application form issued by the college.
  3. Submit the required documents at the admission office.
  4. Pay the admission fee notified by the institute.
  5. Complete document verification and confirm the allotted seat.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Candidates should carry all original documents along with two sets of photocopies. Missing or invalid documents may lead to rejection during reporting.

  • MAH MBA CET 2026 scorecard or a valid national-level entrance test scorecard
  • Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
  • Bachelor’s degree mark sheets and provisional certificate
  • Category certificate and non-creamy layer certificate, wherever applicable
  • Domicile certificate for Maharashtra State candidates
  • Passport-size photographs and a government-issued photo identity proof
