The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released the registration notices for several key Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) entrance examinations for the academic year 2026. Eligible candidates can now apply online through the official portal to secure admissions into Technical and Higher Education institutions across the state.
For those seeking advanced degrees, the Postgraduate (PG) options include the MAH-MCA CET for computer applications and the MAH-M.HMCT CET for hotel management and catering technology. For Undergraduate (UG) studies, students can apply for the MAH-B.Ed or the 3-Year MAH-L.L.B. program.
Candidates interested in the MAH-M.HMCT CET and MAH-MCA CET can start their applications on January 07, 2026, with deadlines falling on February 09, 2026, and February 10, 2026, respectively. For those applying to either the MAH-B.Ed or the 3-Year MAH-L.L.B. programs, the registration window opens on January 08, 2026, and closes quickly on January 23, 2026.

- Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian National.
- Educational Qualification:
- MCA/M.HMCT: A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories belonging to Maharashtra).
- 3-Year LLB: A graduation degree in any faculty.
- B.Ed: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or Humanities with 50% to 55% marks depending on the specific stream and category.
