LNMIIT PG & PhD Admission 2026 Begins @lnmiit.ac.in; Check Course-Wise Dates

The LNMIIT has opened admissions for PG and PhD programmes for the academic session 2026. Candidates can apply for M.Tech, M.S., M.Sc., and PhD programmes through multiple admission modes based on national-level exams and institute-level selection processes.

The application process commenced on March 23, 2026, for most programmes. Admissions will be conducted through GATE, CUET-PG, JAM, academic merit, and institute-level tests/interviews, depending on the programme and eligibility criteria.

LNMIIT M.S. Admission 2026 Dates

A. GATE MODE:- Applicants with a valid GATE score in a relevant discipline will be admitted based on their performance in the interview, subject to the availability of seats.

B. All Other candidates who do not satisfy category A will be admitted based on their performance in the institute-conducted written test and interview, subject to the availability of seats.

LNMIIT M.Tech Admission 2026 Dates

A. GATE Mode: Candidates with a valid GATE score in the relevant discipline will be admitted directly to the Institute, subject to the merit list and availability of seats.

B. Candidates with CGPA ≥ 8.0 (out of 10) or equivalent in the qualifying degree (For B.E./ B.Tech. Graduate): Candidate will be admitted directly to the Institute, subject to the merit list and available seats.

C. CUET (PG) Mode: Candidates with a valid CUET-PG 2026 score will be admitted directly to the Institut,e subject to the merit list and availability of seats.

D. All other applicants, who do not satisfy any of the categories A, B, or C as mentioned above, MUST appear for an institute-level written test. A separate merit list will be prepared based on the applicant’s performance in the institute-conducted written test. Candidates will be admitted based on this merit list, subject to the availability of seats.

LNMIIT M.Sc. Admission 2026

JAM 2026 Mode:- qualified students will be admitted directly to the Institute, subject to the merit list and availability of seats. (Note that the percentile should be above the cut-off score for the general category.)

CUET-PG 2026 Mode:- Exam-qualified students will be admitted directly to the Institute, subject to the merit list and availability of seats.

Institute Online Admission Mode (Regular):- The institute admission procedure will be via online interview. The merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidate in the interview only. Candidates will be admitted based on this merit list, subject to the availability of seats.

LNMIIT PhD Admission 2026 Dates

There will be a round of interviews for the candidates who applied for the PhD admission (on or before 08 May 2026) and qualify for the direct interview as per the institute’s PhD admission eligibility criteria, on 20th May 2026, except for the Department of HSS.
