LNMIIT Jaipur PhD Admission 2023: Eligibility & Selection Criteria

In order to enroll for admission to the LNMIIT Jaipur PhD Programme, candidates will have to fulfil the requisite eligibility & selection criteria.

Name of the Programme	Eligibility Criteria	Selection Process
PhD (CS)	Candidates must have earned an engineering master's degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 60% overall or an equivalent CPI/CGPA. OR Candidates must have qualified GATE with a valid score of 99 percentile or higher in the appropriate field of application, as well as a bachelor's degree in engineering in the necessary specialisations (usually a 4-year programme) with a minimum of 90% marks or equivalent CPI/CGPA.	Admission to the PhD programme will be dependent on both an entrance exam and an interview. All applicants who qualify the written test must show up for the personal interview the same day or the day after. Candidates who have earned national level fellowships in the relevant subject or discipline, such as CSIR/UGC-NET-JR, DST-INSPIRE, NBHM Ph.D. scholarships, or similar, may be excluded from the written test but not the interview.

Physics/ Mathematics	Candidates must hold a Master's degree in either mathematics or physics with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 55%. Or Candidates must have a valid GATE score of 99 percentile or higher in the specific field of application in addition to a bachelor's degree in science or engineering (usually a 4-year programme) relevant to physics with a minimum of 90% marks or an equivalent CPI or CGPA.
Physics/ Mathematics			Humanities & Social Sciences	A master's degree graduate in a relevant field with at least a 55% grade point average (or an equivalent CPI/CGPA). Or Applicants who are awaiting the results of their qualifying exams may also submit an application. At the time of admission, they must present the necessary credentials and/or mark sheets.
