LHMC to Conduct Second Counseling for Non-PG JR Post on January 8; Check Details Here

Lady Hardinge Medical College is going to conduct a second counseling session for Non-PG Junior Resident (Medical) posts. The counseling is scheduled for January 8, 2025, starting at 10:30 AM, in the Examination Hall of the Academic Section. This session aims to fill vacant seats remaining after the first counseling held on November 5, 2024.

• Subject-wise seat allocation will be conducted during the counseling session.
• The seats will be allocated as per subject and category-wise vacancies notified earlier.
• All waitlisted candidates must carry their original documents and admit cards issued by LHMC for the entrance exam.
• Candidates without their admit cards will be disqualified from attending the counseling.
• Candidates must be present in person for the counseling.
• In case of hospitalization, an authorized representative is allowed, provided they carry:
  • A medical certificate from a government hospital.
  • A signed authority letter from the candidate with an attested photo of the representative.
  • Original documents and admit cards of the candidate.
• The process will cease once all vacant seats are filled based on merit lists for reserved and unreserved categories as per government reservation rules.
• Candidates arriving after the start of counseling will lose the claim to seats available within their rank.
