KJC Bangalore Admission 2025: Required Documents

Applicants must ensure they submit the correct fee as per their selected program.

Original Marks Card ( X, XI, and XII / PUC)
Transfer Certificate & Conduct Certificate
Migration Certificate (Applicable for those qualified from other than Karnataka PU Board)
Caste & Income Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of Aadhar Card
AIU Equivalency Certificate (for students who have done their qualifying examination in any curriculum other than the Indian Educational Curriculum)
Five Passport Size Photos
Degree (All Semester / Year wise marks cards) (Only for PG)
Consolidated Marks Card (if applicable) (Only for PG)
Provisional / Degree Certificate (Only for PG)
Caste & Income Certificate (if applicable)

If a student doesn't have the marks card of the qualifying examination by the start of classes, an attested result sheet from the institution must be submitted. The original marks card should be submitted once received. Failure to provide these documents will result in admission cancellation.
