CEE Kerala announces NEET PG phase third allotment result. Candidates must report to the allotted colleges by 15 February 2025

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations- CEE Kerala, has announced the Third Phase Allotment for admission to Postgraduate (PG) Medical (Degree) courses for the academic year 2024. This phase aims to fill the remaining vacant seats in Government Medical Colleges, the Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram, and Private Self-Financing Medical Colleges nationwide.

The allotment results have been published on the official website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates can access their allotment status by logging into the 'PG Medical 2024-Candidate Portal' using their Application Number and Password. Upon logging in, candidates must click the 'Allotment Result' link to view their results. Candidates must take a printout of the Allotment Result for future reference.

Key Dates and Joining Instructions

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the third phase must report to their respective colleges for admission between February 12, 2025, and February 15, 2025, by 4:00 PM. They are required to carry all necessary documents as specified in the Allotment Memo and the PG Medical Courses-2024 Prospectus.

Important Notes:

  • The course allotted in the third phase will be final, and candidates will not be permitted to surrender their seats after this phase.

  • Candidates who join a seat in this phase and later vacate it for any reason will be liable to pay liquidated damages as per Clause 10-2.3 of the Prospectus.

  • Candidates allotted a seat in the third phase (irrespective of their admission status) will not be eligible for any subsequent allotments.

Kerala NEET PG Stray Vacancy Choice Filling Phase

After the release of the third phase of the allotment list for Kerala NEET PG counselling, CEE Kerala will fill out the remaining vacancies through stray vacancy round counselling. Candidates must register for Kerala NEET PG stray vacancy round counselling and fill out fresh options by visiting the official website of CEE Kerala. CEE Kerala will conduct additional stray vacancy counselling phases in case there vacancies persist after the initial stray vacancy round and there is sufficient time available before the admission cutoff date. 

Penalty for Vacating Seats:
Candidates who vacate seats joined during the stray vacancy phase or seats joined in previous phases after the stray vacancy process will be liable to pay liquidated damages as per Clause 10.1.19 (4) of the Prospectus.

Instructions for College Authorities

All college authorities must approve the list of admitted candidates through the Online Admission Management System (OAMS) by 5:00 PM on February 15, 2025.
