Instructions for Allotted Candidates

1. Download the Allotment Memo
   • Candidates allotted the BDS seat must log in to the KEAM candidate portal on the official CEE Kerala website.
   • A printable allotment memo must be generated from the portal.
2. Report to the College
   • The allotted candidate must report to Azeezia College of Dental Sciences and Research, Kollam, with all necessary documents.
   • The joining must be completed before 11:00 AM on December 16, 2024.
3. Document Submission
   • Carry all relevant original documents, including:
     • KEAM admit card.
     • KEAM allotment memo.
     • Academic certificates.
     • Fee payment receipt.
4. College Reporting Process
   • The college authorities are responsible for updating the Online Allotment Management System (OAMS) to reflect the candidate’s joining status.
   • This update must be completed by 4:00 PM on December 16, 2024.
