The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has opened the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 Round 2 online seat cancellation window on the official portal at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Who Can Cancel the KCET 2026 Round 2 Seat?

3. Log in using the CET number and secret key or password.
4. Open the seat cancellation tab on the candidate dashboard.
5. Read the declaration and cancellation terms carefully.
6. Confirm the cancellation request through the OTP verification step.
7. Download the final cancellation acknowledgement slip for records.

KCET 2026 Round 2 Seat Cancellation Refund Rules

KEA follows a fixed refund policy for candidates who cancel their allotted seats within the notified window. The refund is processed online to the same account used for fee payment. Candidates should keep their bank details ready for verification.

As per KEA counselling rules, a processing fee of Rs 5,000 is deducted from the fee already paid. The balance amount is refunded to the candidate. Candidates who fail to cancel within the deadline may face full fee forfeiture as per the seat surrender rules after Round 2.
