The allotted seat carries a strict reporting deadline of August 28, 2026. Only two post-allotment choices remain open in this round. Candidates who accept the seat must pay the fee within the given window. Those who reject the allotment cannot re-enter the counselling process.

1. Visit the official KEA portal at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
2. Click on the KCET 2026 Round 2 seat allotment link.
3. Enter the CET registration number and date of birth.
4. Submit the details to view the allotted college and course.
5. Download and save the allotment order for future reference.

KCET 2026 Round 2 Important Dates

Choice Options Available After Round 2 Allotment

Only two options are open for candidates in Round 2.

• Choice 1 (Accept and Freeze): The candidate accepts the seat and pays the fee. They must report to the allotted college by August 28, 2026.
• Choice 4 (Reject and Exit): The candidate rejects the seat and exits counselling. They cannot participate in any further rounds.

Choice 2 and Choice 3 are not available in this round. Both options previously allowed candidates to upgrade their seats.

How to Complete the Post-Allotment Process?

Choice 1 candidates must complete the following steps to secure their seats.

1. Select Choice 1 during the choice-entry window on the KEA portal.
2. Pay the seat confirmation fee online between August 25 and 27, 2026.
3. Download the admission order from the official portal.
4. Carry the admission order and required documents to the allotted college.
5. Report to the college on or before August 28, 2026.

2. Decide between Choice 1 and Choice 4 based on the allotted seat.
