The KCET 2026 exam is scheduled to be conducted from April 23 to 24, 2026, while the KCET Kannada Language Test (Optional) was successfully held today, April 22, and concluded at 11:30 AM.
- Candidates will get 60 marks each for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
- Physics and Chemistry are compulsory, while candidates must choose either Mathematics or Biology as the remaining subject.
- The test will be in offline OMR-based pen-and-paper mode with fixed shift timings and bell schedules for each subject.

| Pen to Use | Use only a blue or black ballpoint pen to darken the bubbles completely. |
| Personal Details | Fill in your CET number, name in capital letters, and question booklet version code correctly. Errors may result in the OMR sheet not being scanned. |
| OMR Sheet Format | The OMR sheet has two parts. |
| After Exam Submission | Submit the original OMR sheet to the invigilator after the exam. |
| Candidate Copy | Candidates can keep the lower carbon copy for their records. |
| Important Documents | Keep your admit card and OMR carbon copy safe for document verification and counselling. |
| Counselling Use | These documents will be required during the counselling process expected to begin in May 2026. |

Candidates should reach the exam centre at least 30 to 60 minutes before the reporting time. The exact reporting time will be mentioned on the KCET 2026 admit card.
