KAU Admission 2022-23 Open for PG & PhD Courses; Apply till December 06

New Delhi: Kerala Agricultural University is inviting applications for admission to PG & PhD programs for the academic year 2022-23. Interested candidates can now apply online till December 06, 2022. 

As per KAU, the MSc program is offered by the Department of Agriculture, Horticulture, Community Science, Agricultural Statistics, Co-operation & Banking, Forestry and Agricultural Engineering and MTech program in Agricultural Engineering.

PhD is offered in Agriculture, Horticulture, Community Science, Forestry and Agricultural Engineering. For registration, interested students can head to the official portal at kau.in

To apply for KAU Admissions 2022, interested candidates in MSc programs must have a UG degree with a minimum of 55% score in the relevant scientific field. For PhD programs, candidates must have a PG degree with at least a 60% score in the relevant field. In both cases, the institution must be recognised by KAU. 

A 5% relaxation is also offered to the SC/ST and PwD candidates in both cases. For MSc(Ag), MSc(Hort), MSc(Forestry), and MTech(Ag. Engg) programmes, candidates will be chosen for the master's degree programmes based on results from the ICAR entrance (AIEE-PG) tests held for the academic session 2022–23. 

For the courses in Community Science and Cooperation & Banking, KAU will hold separate entrance exams. For admission to the M.Tech. programme in Agricultural Engineering, candidates with valid GATE scores will also be taken into consideration.

For PhD programmes, Candidates will be chosen based on their performance in the ICAR Entrance Examination (AICE- JRF/SRF (PhD) held for the academic year 2022–2023). KAU will have a distinct entrance examination for community science.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the KAU at kau.in

Step 2: From the homepage, Click on “Education,” select “Admission” and click on “KAU online admission portal”

Step 3: Select the mentioned option “Candidate Registration,” and Register Yourself.

Step 4: Fill in the details accurately, and attach the documents per the requirement 

Step 5: Download & Submit the application form on or before December 06, 2022, to complete the KAU PG & PhD Admission 2022 process.
