Kalinga University has opened applications for the Phase 1 Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE). Admissions are open for its undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website, kalingauniversity.ac.in.

The University offers admission in various disciplines, including Research, Management, Law, Engineering, Science, Art & Humanities, Science, Pharmacy, Library & Information Science, Yoga, Education, Commerce, Information Technology, and Design. It also offers new-age programs, including B.Tech in AI & ML, Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Animation & VFX, B.DESIGN & M.DESIGN in User Experience (UX), andB.Sc. & M.Sc. in Forensic Science, Bachelor & Master of CS in AI & ML and Cyber Security, BCA, MCA, and BA in Film Making In collaboration with NIIRA Educom.

Admission to the undergraduate program at Kalinga University requires a candidate to have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% from any recognized board and to have a valid score in the CUET entrance test or KALSEE. For a postgraduate program, a candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with at least a 50% marks, and should have a valid score in the national-level exams (for the required program), KALSEE, or the CUET entrance exam.

KALSEE Exam Pattern

The KALSEE Exam Pattern for B.Tech includes the Subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English Communication. While all undergraduate programs except B.Tech include English Communication, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude & General Aptitude.

All postgraduate courses include English Communication, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude & General Aptitude. The LLM includes English Communication, Legal Awareness and Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning. 

The KALSEE exam pattern for doctoral programs includes 2 papers:

• Paper I will be common to all, comprising 50 Objective Type Questions
• Paper II will be as per the specialization applied, comprising 50 Objective Type Questions.
